Long Time No Type
Well hello friends, here I am again, 4 months later. I told you I'm bad at keeping up with these things. I seriously want to write in my journal but I'm still debating over whether this would be easier to keep up with. ::sigh:: Anywho, so summer's officially over now -panic- i've got this weekend and next week before school starts and those will be spent doing laundry, packing, etc. I'm more than ready to get back to Clemson, my roomates, and closer to graduating but it's sad to think I'll be throw back into the crazy hurricane that is school work, exams, etc. I swear sometimes I feel like I'm so behind in life when I see where my friends/peers are, etc, but a lot of that is due to ME making stupid decisions so I'm the only one to blame. On the other hand when I think about how all of my friends are married and having children I FREAK OUT to think of me married right now and pregnant or working on having children, there's NO WAY I'm ready for that. My cousin John-Paul once told me that he thought the more interesting lives were the ones who didn't go with the same flow as everyone elses and happened at different times, etc. What are your thoughts?

A Day of OTH Touring
3/14/09-
This is my first blog but I already love it. I try to keep a journal but I can't seem to keep up with it consistently and I type sooo much faster than I write, maybe I'll keep up with this....however the point of a journal is to be able to go back and read it or have others read it years and years later...maybe I'll try to do both. ::sigh::
Today Melanie, Rachel and I woke up and left for screen gems studios in Wilmington, NC after arriving last night around 11. We got to sit in the screening room where they look for errors in the shooting and we also got to go to the stage setups where they do their "inside shootings" including the inside of nathan and haley's house-I TOUCHED THEIR BEDSPREAD! ha!-, little jamie's room, the halls of "tree hill high", the locker room for lucas' famous shower scene, the classroom haley teaches in, mouth and skills' apartment and bedrooms and learned how they do the shoots etc. The building that the screening room was in is actually the first building dino de laurentiis bought/used in '83 before buying all the other soundstages and also where my dad was/acted/etc for the movie Firestarter with Drew Barrymore when she was young and others. How crazy is that?! My dad walked through those hallways etc 20 something years ago and today I got to see where he was for small parts in movies! Today has been AMAZING. We also got to see the river court and the river walk from OTH along with CD ALLEY, the record store Peyton goes into a lot in earlier seasons, and the outside of TRiC where there were two security guards and a long row of trailers...we're wondering if they're for the cast?! We're going back tonight to stake out the area and maybe catch a glimpse of some taping or some of the actors? We're excited. Stephen was on a plane ride for 19 hours yesterday/today but should've arrived in Cairo, Egypt around 3pm today...no word from him yet, I don't even know if there's a way for him to contact me through email or anything to let me know he's landed safely. I think they're also 5 hours ahead of us but hopefully tonight or tomorrow i'll get some word that he's safe. Tomorrow he'll spend a day sight-seeing in Cairo I think. It's weird thinking of things I want to tell him but can't call/text him. Hm. Hope everyone's having a great day! I'll write more later.
